CURRY
Ingredients:1- 1½ hamburger
1 medium onion
salt & pepper
3 cups grated carrots
½ - ¾ curry powder
1 can tomato soup (plus water)
METHOD: In large pan brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
Serve over potatoes either mashed or whole potatoes or with rice and serve with your favorite vegetable.
